Small Things Like These (2024)
(It’s a rare feat when a film surpasses the power and depth of the award-winning book it’s based on — but this film does exactly that.)
Based on the historical fiction by Claire Keegan, that won the prestigious Orwell Prize for Political Fiction in 2022, Small Things Like These is a quiet yet emotionally resonant drama that lingers long after the credits roll.

A Complete Unknown (2025)
(The biographical film about Bob Dylan)
Based on the 2015 book Dylan Goes Electric! by Elijah Wald, the film portrays Dylan through his earliest folk music success through until the momentous controversy over his use of electric instruments. As a musician who lived through the ’60s folk revival, A Complete Unknown is like opening a time capsule. It’s a powerful reminder of when music could shake the world. Dylan’s trailblazing sound and fearless voice didn’t just change folk; they redefined what art could be.
